The esports community in Malaysia has shown strength against all adversity when they united together to help save the Malaysia Esports Convention, MEC 2018 from becoming a complete failure due to mismanagement from organizers, ANSARA ESports
With the support of industry players, influencers, volunteers and many more from the esports community, the event managed to scrape through until the end.
However questions must be asked on how to avoid such unfortunate things from happening again in the future? How will the Youth & Sports Ministry, KBSMalaysia take action? And how will this affect the reputation of Malaysian esports?
